Please read the instructions below, then click on the Download VIVIDESK™ icon to proceed. You may need administrator rights to install the CHEDESK Desktop software. To view a video on how to install the desktop, please click here.

1. Please open this page using Internet Explorer™.
2. Click on the Download VIVIDESK button above.
3. If asked to "Open the file or Save it to your computer", select Open. If asked to "Run this program or Save it to your computer", select Run.
4. Follow any instructions in the installation package.
5. When finished, you can close this window, launch the CHEDESK VIVIDESK icon on your computer, enter your user name and password, and open the CHEDESK Desktop.
