The following links are for CHEDESK program participants.
The VIVIDESK desktop must be installed and a CHEDESK account is required to access the desktop after installation. Other Internet Plug-in products, as listed below, are strongly recommended.

? Help Notes Select this link to open a help file with lots of information about the installation process. You should not need these notes, but if problems occur, look here first.
? VIVIDESK 5 Upgrade Select this link if you would like to move up to the VIVIDESK 5 series Internet desktop technology. Your existing desktop settings and icons will not be changed.
? VIVIDESK 5 Update Select this link if you already have a VIVIDESK 5 series desktop and wish to get the latest update. Do not use this installation if you presently have a series 4 desktop. Upgrade instead. Your existing desktop settings and icons will not be changed.
? VIVIDESK UnInstall Select this link and follow the instructions. The VIVIDESK desktop Internet plug-in and all desktop icons will be completely removed from your computer.
? Terminal Server Client The Microsoft Terminal Server client is used by VIVIDESK to remotely connect to a Windows desktop over the Internet.
? Voice Over IP (Skype) The Skype VOIP (Voice over IP) system is free and works well with VIVIDESK.
? Adobe Acrobat Player Recent versions of the Acrobat viewer support downloads of "pdf" documents.
? Microsoft Media Player This update may be required on some Windows computers in order to view streaming video files.
? Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer This update may be required on some Windows computers in order to view PowerPoint slideshows with audio narration.
? Macromedia Flash Player This update may be required on some Windows computers in order to view interactive video files.
